TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Competition is being promoted and operated by Tiny Digital Factory (“TDF”).

2. The Competition is open to anyone except TDF employees, and anyone TDF deems to be connected with the Competition (“Entrants”).

3. By entering the Competition, the Entrants agree and confirm:
a. to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and
b. Each Entrant consents to TDF contacting them to provide the prize.

4. The Competition will run for a period of twenty-one (21) days, opening at 17:00 CET on the 12th of May 2025 and closing at 12:00 CET on the 1st of June 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

5. To participate, the Entrant must have purchased GT Manager PC and posted a game review on Steam or Epic store from September 1st, 2024 to June 1st, 2025.

6. In order to enter the Competition, the entry must be made by the Entrant via our website “https://gtmanagerpc.com/” and will need to provide the following prior to the Closing Date:
- Participant Full Name,
- Participant Steam or Epic Store account name,
- Participant email,
- A screenshot of the game review made by the participant (under his account name).

7. After the Closing Date, a giveaway bot will select a total of ONE (1) winning entrant (“Winner”) at random from all participants. The winner will be contacted through email with the email used to participate at the Competition.

8. The winner must be 18 years or older and available on 13, 14 and 15 June 2025.

9. The prize is a PORSCHE VIP LE MANS 24H PACK which includes:
- A 3 Day ticket for Le Mans 24H (JUNE 13-15)
- A Grid walk access
- A Paddock Pass
- A visit of the Porsche Penske garage
- Access to Porsche Pit lounge
- An Helicopter flight over the Le Mans circuit
- Full accommodation provided by TDF (2 nights)
- Meals during the 3 days at the Porsche VIP lounges
- Access to the Porsche experience center
- A Ferris wheel Ticket

10. There is no cash alternative and the prizes will not be transferable. TDF accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prizes and not specifically included in the prize.

11. Travel accommodations are not included in the prize and the winner should organize and pay for his travel to Le Mans, France on his own. TDF will pick-up the winner at his arrival at Le Mans train station or any arrival location within a distance of 50 Kms around Le Mans Circuit.

12. TDF excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the Entrant arising from his or her entry into the Competition or occurring to any Winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.

13. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. TDF reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Competition or the prize at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social networks. The entrants understand that they are providing information to TDF and not to Instagram or X. By participating in this promotion, the Entrants agree to a complete release of Instagram and X from any claims.

16. The Competition is subject to the laws of France.
